Many thanks – sorry I should have updated this. Mailpoet got back to me and fixed the problem a few days ago. The issue was with my email address which had been blocked because it had been returned as a Hard Bounce resulting in my email being suspended. It was put on a suppression list but has now been removed. All working now!
