I also cannot log in to my site. When I try, it takes me to a page with the following error message.
403 – Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
When I try to reset the password, it will not recognize my email address. I do not know what to do next or who to contact for help.
