Thanks Ajay, thanks for pointing me in the right direction… So, to anyone interested, the css that I needed to change the back-ground color and the hover background color was this:

.crp_related li:hover .crp_title {
	background-color: purple !important;
}

.crp_related .crp_title {
	background-color: pink !important;
}

I haven’t been able to find how to change the link/a text decoration though and remove it… I have tried various combinations, to no avail.. It is still decorating the above two items as if they were a link in my blog, using the text decoration that I have chosen for text links…

Could you please be more specific as to which exactly css i should use to remove this text deocoration??

Hi, it IS at 30 min intervals… I have gotten notifications today ALL DAY… and my website is UP…
Why do you think that this started now? The only thing that changed was my security certificate – I have been with my webhosts around 3 months now and this only just started happening…
My webhosts are GreenGeeks

I don’t want to have to stop notifications as then I would have no reason to have your plugin installed! I wouldn’t know if and when my site was down!

Hi, hi! Please scrap all of this, it had nothing to do with your plugin at all, it was an image that was hosted elsewhere that was no longer available, that is all… Sorry to take up your time and thanks again for such a great plugin!

Yes, as far as I can tell… I am using Divi Theme, so perhaps there is some automatic php that i am not aware of ?

Last question… Using your language switcher, would i still have a different backend for each language version if i use subfolders? Sorry, maybe a really silly question, it has been years since i did the intial setup and so i have forgotten everything!

It is just seeming like a huge mountain right now to change from subdomains to subdirectories/folders but I will figure it out…
I will do re-directs for all the pages so that if there are links out there etc they will get forwarded to the new pages….
