Yup, there’s a whole stack of errors. Not sure which are relevant but here’s a selection:

TypeError: c.offset(…) is undefined
TypeError: jQuery(…).popover is not a function
Content Security Policy errors x4
Loading failed for the <script> with source “/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php?ver=4.9.8”.
ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined x3

Any suggestions based on that? Or do you need more info?
