I think it is not related to theme? Because last time I installed Woocommerce with Betheme don’t have this issue. Or maybe there has other reason to cause zoom on hover function didn’t work?

The current theme that I used for the website is Betheme. Last time I also used Betheme and also installed WooCommerce plugin. But that time I didn’t have this issue. So I don’t know why this time the zoom on hover function doens’t work on my site now.

My product image size is 500×500, is it big enough for zoom to work?

I had mentioned that I got tried to submit ticket as subscriber/ customer/ etc, but it didn’t allow me to submit ticket and it displayed that message. (I’ve created a new login account for subscriber/ customer)

P/S: I also got tried to log in as a normal support user to submit ticket but it didn’t worked too.

Let’s say if I want to edit the background color for the tooltip box, I saw there has coding like this:

But then it didn’t has any class name for me to edit the background color.
