I am having this issue as well. I have the paid version of the Yith My Accounts plugin and after I install the Yith Gift Cards free version, there’s nothing in the My Accounts page that has anything to do with Gift Cards. I tried adding an endpoint for it but that broke my website and I got emails from wordpress saying that the plugin was eating up all my cpu usage due to errors. I submitted a ticket using my paid subscription for the Yith My Accounts but I thought I’d post something here as well.

Correction, now it won’t show on a mobile phone either. The plugin was working fine the other day. I’m baffled why it’s not showing up at all anymore.

This solution was given to me and it fixed it:

In the email field section clicking on the advance tab, you were referencing the ID to be ‘Email’ instead of ’email’.

I am using Woocommerce Shipping & Tax. If I deactivate that extension and I go and check that rounding box and then reactivate the extension, will it stick or does that extension completely override any settings in the normal Tax Options?

Ok I actually got it to work. However, I really would like it to be on the right hand side of the page and I cant figure out how to do that without adding another column to the page and when I do that it changes the whole look of the page. Help!

Lastly, if I want to add an additional filter type, Color, etc do I have to add the widget again and change it there?

Well I disabled the plugin but prior to it the word “Archive” was still showing in all my subcategory product pages even after I removed it in the settings. Even on google searches it was appearing this way. I’d like to use the plugin to test out how it works but not if it’s going to change all my links on my website. Yes I can see all the email notifications of the new signups, problem is they are going to my gmail account and I need an easy way to extract all the emails and just grab those email addresses but I haven’t found an easy way to do that ??

Originally, it wasn’t set to a list, however, it is now. The problem is, there’s tons of email addresses that originally subscribed to our newsletter and because no list was selected, they never got added to anything. I’m trying to figure out how to find the list of all those email addresses that subscribed so I can import them into Constant Contact by hand. Any ideas where the list would be?

Well whatever the issue was, seemed to get resolved by my web developer.
