Question about this sorting option. Does it only work on simple products? I installed it and tried using it on a section that only had variable products and when I chose the sort by availability it populated out of stocks products. The item that came up as zero quantity.

Actually it seems to be working fine on desktop browsers now but still not on my iphone in any browser. Back to the drawing board

Ok, I installed a different recaptcha plugin and it seems to have resovled my issue.

Did that already as well in the preferences>privacy settings and it did not change it. ??

That didn’t work. I opened a private window on my phone and it reloaded my website but the captcha still doesn’t show up in Safari on the login popup. Have you tried it on your device using Safari? Does it work for you?

I’m not using a contact form for the login. I tried finding that and I dont see anything in my forms for the login. It looks like its part of my theme? I’m lost!

FYI, I have resolved this problem. If you are using WooDiscount plugin, go to Settings>scroll to the bottom where it says Third Party Plugin coflicts and fixed and toggle the option that says Disable re-calculating the total when applying the coupon to YES. This resolved the coupons not applying. All seems to work fine now

Also, in the staging area I pretty much disabled anything I didnt absolutely need and even updated the theme and that changed nothing. So here is a coupon you can use on the live site, V6BUNUYJ on any item but I’m not sure how helpful it will be considering it doesnt do anything but spin ??

Does someone else have a suggestion besides the normal disable all your plugins etc response? I only have 1 day out of the week to resolve any issues or put new products on my website and the above response requires way more time than I normally get. I’ve created a staging site but for some reason the only pages that are show as a staging site is the dashboard and the homepage. Every other page including where I am having this issue takes me to the live site.

Also, I am reviewing switching to another gift card plugin since this one has way too many bugs and issues as stated in my first post. However, there is no export option in the FREE version? In order to export my current gift cards I’d have to pay for the premium version just to get my current gift cards out?

I’m not sure what you did to replicate the issue but it’s quite clear it doesn’t work correctly. View the screenshot below of how I replicated this issue. The math isn’t correct. It’s doubling the gift card value for at least the second post I made.

Here’s another one that is totally botched up. This gift card was applied to the total twice which makes no sense.

My apologies. Problem is, I can’t create it there because I already did in this forum. Is there a way to move it over there?

I’m having a similar issue with the PRO version. The backend admin area is fine but when I click on the Events section of my site, it takes FOREVER to load. I didn’t have this issue with the Lite version but the PRO version brought the page to a 30second load time. I have assets turned off but it didn’t make a difference. I like this plugin but my lord, no one will come to any events if they can’t even get the page to load in a reasonable amount of time. What else can I do??

Yes, Authorize.net gave me a CSR file to upload back to Apple. However, the file the had me download from Authorize.net is in .txt format. They told me I could just take it into Notepad and rename it but when I try to upload that file to Apple is when I get the error. When I talked to Apple they told me it’s because the file Authorize.net gave me is not a true CSR file.
