This is from today. I tested it out using one of my accounts and I got both the email of subscribing and the email saying it was back in stock. The Back in Stock interface says it FAIL to send but I’m actually getting all the emails.

that’s just the thing, I’m getting all kinds of site emails, new orders, even when people click to subscribe to be notified of I stock items. I have a email log that even says the emails are sending. It’s just the Back in stock notifier interface that says the mail is Failed to send.

FYI I have this fixed now. Apparently the Login/Signup Popup had recaptcha issues not working

I looked on my cpanel error log and not seeing anything on there since Jan 11. Is there anyone that can help me fix this issue?

    Thread Starter chumidor

    (@chumidor)

Well I’m not sure how to fix this. It was happening a few days ago. ??

Alan, thank you for replying. Can I ask how you know I’m getting this error. Any ideas as to what would cause that?

I don’t have the Pro version, Ive never had it. I was able to use this Frontend form just fine last week. And, only admins have access to this form to answer the permission question.

Ok, the site is back up and I’m back to where I started. Unable to upload any images to any Frontend Submission forms. I can upload images in the Media Library but still getting Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post.

I’m confused why I would be getting this. If anyone can offer any help please let me know. This is with a working website now

    (@chumidor)

They won’t help me. It’s hosted at GoDaddy but it’s on it’s on VPS server and they wont do anything if its on its own server. I can’t even restore from a backup either cause I get some weird error on my cpanel Error: PID 1675: The cPanel Server operation timed out at cpsrvd.pl line 670. I’m at a loss and there isn’t anyone to ask for help

Well it kinda comes up now, but it’s completly messed up. I can navigate the backend of the website dashboard fairly easily but something has gone very wrong and I have no idea what ?? I might have to do a full site restore at this rate cause I am out of options

Now I have a BIGGER problem. Half my images are my website aren’t even showing up. It’s like they aren’t there. I got into the Media Library and the name of the file is there but it’s acting like there is no image to display. I went into my cpanel and into my file manager and I can see the files there and view them, but for some reason the website acts like they can’t be displayed. What is going on?!?!

    (@chumidor)

I’ve uploaded image files, .png successfully for a long time with zero issues till recently. Again, I can upload the exact same file on the backend, just not the frontend form without the error. When I try to upload and get an error on the console that reads

    Uncaught (in promise) Timeout
    setTimeout (async)
    (anonymous) @ recaptcha__en.js:364
    (anonymous) @ recaptcha__en.js:26
    (anonymous) @ recaptcha__en.js:25
    (anonymous) @ recaptcha__en.js:244
    (anonymous) @ recaptcha__en.js:245

I fixed what that problem was doing for the backend of the website but now I have a different issue. I have a Frontend Submission form that other admins can fill out and when they go to select an image to attached to the post we get this error “Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post.”

Again, we can upload images on the backend, it’s just using the Frontend form that won’t work. This form is part of the Modern Events Calendar to allow people to submit events for review with a featured image. Other contact forms throughout the website work fine. I’ve reached out to the folks at MEC and they say it’s a plugin conflict ??
