The city is not for entering branches. This is to restrict people who are trying to use the meeting room for a social event to be local residents.

Also, there is no forced registration or staff events. That is completely optional. When you create an event (even staff), you can choose No registration. Staff events are different as they are checked Internal/Do Not Publish, which keeps them off of the public menu.

On the Daily Meetings list, under the location, it should say Event or Meeting. Can you let me know what they are?

Are the cities already filled in?

You can modify the cities in Meeting Room Settings > City Admin.

Eventually, I would like to make the city restriction for social events optional.

Do you have anything in Staff Events? How about when you check Daily Signs or Contact List? Check dates where you scheduled events and let me know if they show up anywhere.

When you fill in the Event Settings to connect to your DB, do you get any errors or messages? A blank white screen? The form with no messages?

There is a small update that fixes this error. 1.0.6.

You can make any number of room configurations inside of a container, as long as the rooms are in the same branch. We have a giant room broken into 3 via collapsible walls, so we offer A, B, C, A&B, B&C and A, B & C configurations. The way the system works is you create the physical spaces as rooms, then the reservable space as a container. That way, if someone reserves A & B, the system knows those physical rooms are in use so they can’t be used in any configuration at that time.
