Are you making sure the case is correct? It is case sensitive.

I didn’t mean for that text to be at the top of the page! Those variables are only for the emails. I’ll change the text right now. The Content Admin should just be the boilerplate meeting room contract. When you edit the Email settings, you can add those in the emails and when a user reserves a room, they will see the variables in the email alert.

In the content settings, this is where you put your Contact/Agreement and it shows up before they are allowed to continue.

I will also look into why you aren’t getting a better error message!

You don’t have to change anything you’ve done so far, just add a new container for each room. If you aren’t allowing merged rooms, that should be it.

First off, have you created room containers?

Rooms are real, physical spaces.

Room Containers are reservable spaces and contain one or more rooms.

When people reserve, they are reserving a container. This is so that the system knows, if they are reserving a container that is made of three connected rooms, for example, that every physical room is being reserved and no one else can use it.

If you want to try the error checking, find the appropriate table and country, then copy that code into the box. In the example box, type in the correct format using an example. If you ignore those boxes, users just won’t get an error if they make a mistake.

For some reason, I can’t post my entire answer. If I cut off pieces it lets me, but the main paragraph won’t post! Bear with me!

Basically, if you copy the appropriate value on the right (based on the country to the left) into the regex box, it will error check the format of your phone/postal code.
