Can anybody help here? Or at least point me to the direction of which folder I can find this?

Not sure if its the update but, after I’ve updated the woocommerce to to 2.1.9, the “Free” text was removed. Although I’ve figured out where in the core files to edit this but seems best to just update the woocommerce.

I’ve made the solution, by adding a PH.php (for Philippines) file inside the folder located at wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/states
