In reply to: [Polylang] Polylang Warning, Home Page IssueHello,
The Polylang error “Warning: Attempt to read property ‘ID’ on null” can occur when Polylang expects a valid ID property for an object, but receives a null value instead. This can happen if another plugin or the theme creates an object that should have an ID property, but does not define it properly, resulting in a null value for that object. When Polylang tries to read the ID property of that object, it triggers the error.
You should switch to a default theme and deactivate all plugins, mu-plugins, custom code except Polylang. You shouldn’t have the error anymore.
Then activate your parent theme, child theme, plugins one by one until you reproduce the error.

In reply to: [Polylang] Broken product translation with Woocommerce MultilingualHello @mishami
There isn’t any compatibility in Polylang for the WooCommerce plugin. That means that Polylang is not built to generate translated variations.
The compatibility with WooCommerce is provided through a dedicated premium addon. If you have any pre-sales questions regarding our addon, you can contact us at: https://polylang.pro/support/.
Note : You mentioned WooCommerce Multilingual (WPML addon?). If so, please note that you can’t use two different multilingual plugins simultaneously. Things won’t work as expected; you will encounter issues.

Hello @dobihobbho,
Just to let you know that we have just reproduced the issue on our end (thanks again to @patiowebdesign). We will fix it in the next version of Polylang. While waiting for it, you can revert to version 3.4.5 as suggested by @patiowebdesign.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The Events Calendar conflict Polylang PROHello,
This is a known issue which will be fixed in a future release.
Are you using the “Language is set by the content” ?
https://polylang.pro/doc/url-modifications/#language-is-set-from-contentIf so, changing to “The language is set from the directory name in pretty permalinks” setting should solve your issue, waiting our fix.
If you are using Polylang Pro and you need help, please contact us on our helpdesk:?https://polylang.pro/support/. We are not allowed to support Premium plugin in this forum.

In reply to: [NSFW] [Polylang] content of articles that disappear after plugin activationHello,
That’s probably because your content has no language.
You will find in our documentation section “Getting started” all the elements you might need to install and start using Polylang => https://polylang.pro/doc-category/getting-started/
It is essential you assign a language to your content. There are two ways to do this once the plugin is installed:
- You can assign your language to your content by running the wizard again as explained here (this is the preferred way) => https://polylang.pro/doc/setup-wizard/#content-step
- Or you can assign a language to existing content following this documentation https://polylang.pro/doc/assign-a-language-to-an-existing-content/#set-default-language

In reply to: [Polylang] Critical errorHello,
To know more, we need an error message. Could you replace:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
by
define('WP_DEBUG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
in your wp-config.php.
Then reproduce the action which creates the crital error. Once done, check if you get an error message in the file wp-content/debug.log.
