This was a conflict with the BWP Minify plugin. I had to exclude all QMN js and css.

I created two new quizzes and they have the same problem so it doesn’t appear to be specific to the original quiz that I want to use.

That makes me suspect a theme issue, but I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Hi Shay,

The theme I am using at 1099cio.com has a built-in CSS editor that allows you to add custom CSS very easily. I have quite a few customizations in place with that tool and they all work. If we take this conversation off the public forum I can provide admin access if you want to have a quick look at it since it’s a lot easier to understand when you see it yourself.

I hate to hijack this thread but I’m having a similar problem where the top portion of the Leadin page overlay popup is hidden under the static header on one of my sites.

Any suggestion to fix it would be much appreciated.

For the time being I have the Leadin popup set to display in the bottom left corner, but I can put it back to a page overlay for testing purposes.

Thanks Julien. I tried that to no avail.

I also discovered that AS was causing a race condition dramatically slowing my site down. The time to first bite was consistently 4-6 seconds with AS enabled. It’s down to 200-250 ms now.

I have purchased the WATS premium edition and will be using it instead.

Also, your plugin leaves a bunch of DB clutter behind after uninstalling it such as user roles that needs to be manually cleaned up.

I deactivated all plugins and even reinstalled Awesome Support to no avail.

Any further suggestions would be appreciated.
