Ok I did a test dry run with a simpler word and this is the result:

But as you can see the broken image links have this interim URL in them, when it should be the main domain.

For instance the broken image link:

Hi There – Still no response regarding the issue I have with Whatsapp?

Ok so I tested Whatsapp again, and still nothing. I did the LinkedIn post inspector and see the preview is fine, and is finally showing up on LinkedIn posts?

I have cleared my browsers cache, what else should I do – I have cache plugins on the site?

So what can I do about Whatsapp ?

Ok that worked, only issue now is that the menu is very high up on the header, so I would now need a little more padding ontop to equalise the menu so its more or less in the middle of this header. https://prnt.sc/rKyXOrZKhIMi

Why would this be the same problem happen on 2 different websites using 2 different themes, I tested it on another website to try and diagnose the issue and the very same problem was presented. Please can we get some answers to this?

I tried it using another theme and the featured image was showing, then I tried again using Avada theme and all was the latest versions and again the same issue happened with the featured image on one of the property pages not showing up – here is an example:

Sorry Im not too clear on what the answer to this issue is?

I need to advise the client as what they should do as they have all their properties over many years listed in this database and would prefer to keep it there as is – do you maybe suggest that we add the HomeID premium theme instead of the one we are using so the plugin integrates better? Is there maybe premium support we can sign up with to have a look into the issues we are experiencing?

I also See that the mobile menu background remains transparent on the dropdowns, even though my settings are with a colour?

So is this the cause? What is the normal size it should be?
