do you have the joomgallery plugin installed on your joomla installation? if not, disable the checkbox in the plugin settings on wordpress.

YOu have to fill out the Plugin !!! Option Page – there are fields for the mysql connection data to joomla and wordpress! Check if you have seperate servers or one server and fill out accordingly.

you have to create redirects. actually it is better to use the permailnk structure from wordpress – then the urls have the title inside, not the post id.

i think you are using a plugin/module – with that the converter is not working.
please try the latest version. if it is still not working, please send a mysql full dump of your joomla installation to [email protected].
maybe your joomla installation is empty? actually it should migrate each category.
