  • Hi,

    I have the same / a similar issue with my site. My customers are experiencing major difficulties while placing orders. I have the following issues:
    – some customers cannot place orders. the cart self-empties upon order confirmation
    – some custromers can place orders but receive the confirmation email of other customers
    – some customers cannot place orders as their cart includes unwanted products that they cannot remove.

    I believe the problem comes for the new feature that has been implermented in Woocommerce 9.5 concerning delayed account creation and cross-selling.

    Here’s the list of my plugins.

    Active Plugins (18)

    Thank you so much. I must have missed the update some how. In any case, thank you for your very quick reply

    I believe I have the same / a similar issue that appeared after upgrading Elementor to version 3.26.0. It doesn’t generate errors on the front-end but a loading issue on the Elementor edition screen prevents all modification.

    Here’s a copy of the stack trace in case :

    Hi,

    I seem to have the same issue (there is no option for hcaptcha in the Elementor form editor). I’ve installed the plugin, enabled Elementor Pro forms, entered my site and secret key.

    hcaptcha is 1.17.0;
    Elementor is 3.6.8 (I tried rolling back to 3.6.7 and 3.5.6 but to no avail);
    Elementor Pro is 3.7.3 (I tried rolling to 3.6.5 but also no luck)

    I also tried installing Contact Form 7 to add a form as a shortcode in Elementor but hcaptcha doesn’t appear in the Contact Form 7 input types.
    However, I also enabled the hcaptcha on the sign in and lost passwords forms and those work. I can even see the metrics on the hcaptcha dashboard.

    I also tried deactivating all of my other plugins to be sure it wasn’t a conflict issue but nothing changed.

    Thanks for the update. It solved the issue for me.

    I have the same issue. It seems to be a conflict between the plugin and the way woocommerce works.

    When a logged-out user adds an item to the cart, woocommerce generates a fake user id. When the wishlist plugin uses the rest API to store items to the wishlist, it recuperates and uses the fake woocommerce user id which generates a 403 forbidden access error.

    I tried to hook the nonce_user_logged_out wp filter to change the user id but it doesn’t seem to work.

    I’d be grateful if anyone had an idea to fix this.
