I used this plug in with WP 2.9 and all worked fine. Wrapped a website in a page and post.

Make sure when you insert the tag you do it after you switch from “Visual” to “HTML”.

Not sure?? Make sure you upload the wp-config-sample.php file first with all your other WP files, then upload your wp-config.php file, and then delete the sample folder. I’ve had some install errors not following this step exactly like this.

I don’t remember if you can Power cycle a hosting account but if you can you might also want to try that.

This is a little ganky having to install a plug in to see id’s but oh well. I guess in 2.5 they removed the id’s or something so someone wrote a plugin to reveal the id’s.

Once installed it will show id’s for categories as well as just about everything else.

Using the Widgets Reloaded plug in and this plug in all you have to do is include or exclude the cat. id’s you want to show for each Category widget.
