I followed the advice in your second link, and though that did not work, adding the [email protected] email to the From box did the trick!

I added the [email protected] as the From address, as well as the additional header, and this fixed the problem!

Thanks jolly286, that is helpful for storing the responses from the form, but the email still does not arrive. Did this solve that problem for you, or do you just habitually check Flamingo for new responses?

*bump* I just recently started having this problem. Did you find a solution?
