There are probably some things with red icons. Correct them and it should be all good.

Check messages in the “Consent Banner” section at the top of the “GDPR setup helper” page. There should be an alert icon somewhere there with a description saying what needs to be done. Make sure tere are no “red” icons. Orange and green ones are OK.

Remove or change to

Unfortunately, using this solution makes the banner disappear from the website completely when Kadence’s plugin is installed.
I may have another solution.
It seems you do not use in the email “page” the wp_head hook but you use the wp_footer hook. But do you actually need the bottom one? I noticed that some other people also had problem with extra texts in the customizer. If you removed the bottom wp_footer hook the problem would be fixed for everyone. What do you think?

Of course. You need to go to the “modules” page in WP Full Picture and enable the module “Consent banner” and one for tracking – for example “Custom scripts”. Then, when you go to the email designer, you will see the HTML of the banner right below the email template.

Have a nice day @eclementeThank you @eclemente . Now I see no issues with the homepage, so that was cookieyes which caused the problem. I wonder why the problem was only on the homepage though. did not see issues with other pages. I would recommend either checking the settings of cookieyes or using the default consent banner in WP FP.
OK. I see that there is a problem on the homepage. One of the scripts is not loaded but it should. I noticed that you have cookieyes installed. Can you disable it for a few minutes to check if this is the problem?
Oh. And one more thing. Did you test it before while being registered as administrator or a client? As a rule admins are always excluded from tracking and there is no setting to disable it.
I’ve noticed ?? Thank you for turning on the debug mode. I registered on your website but I was tracked with no issues. What browser did you use to test? Have you tried testing it in incognito mode of your browser?
Oh. One more thing. Can you please enable debug mode in the General Settings of the plugin?
