Thanks, but…
Also, as I mentioned (several months ago), the Pinterest button works, but it does NOT fetch the MashShare pin image. It fetches the featured image. This is true of all sites that use MashShare with Pinterest, not just my own sites.
At that time, I also stated that other plugins, like “Social Warfare Pro”, have an option to enable forcing the pin image to be the default and only image that shows when pinning with the plugin buttons AND the Pinterest extension.
In sum: It’s pointless to add a custom Pinterest image with Mashshare because it’s never, ever visible on the front end when performing a pinning operation.
I have confirmed the problem still persists on version 3.8.1.
— Any idea when you will fix this?
Hey, René — Any plans on addressing the numerous complaints about MASHSHARE crashing when running php8?
Seriously, when is the developer going to get around to fixing this?? It’s been 2 months.
Here is what I mean: as soon as you activate the plug-in, you are hit with multiple coloured boxes, and calls to action. It’s over the top.
Secondly: Yeah. One can upgrade to make the plugin more useful.

In reply to: [Social comments by WpDevArt] Comments Below Article Bottom ADYeah, I have the same problem. Nobody wants their ads pushed to the bottom of the page. I contacted the developer asked for a solution. None offered. Too bad.
The developer does not seem to be able to relate to how this plugin negatively impacts revenue. We turned off the plugin and revenue increased by 12 to 15 percent consistently — simply because the comments push ads to the bottom, making them invisible practically.
I paid for a premium license expecting some level of assistance and received no assistance beyond, “we can’t do that”. Waste of money… quite literally.

In reply to: [Custom Content by Country (by Shield Security)] Can't install the databaseAlso, just a follow-up note. I also tried to import the database on a site is hosted on AWS. It’s been three minutes and the plugin is still spinning.
So, it would be really nice if you had an alternative option for grabbing the database. AWS and rock space are not cheap be hosting companies. It stands to reason that other people on these platforms also cannot use your plug-in.
As for me, unfortunately on diluting your plug-in and wait for an update that accommodates an alternative database that you scenario. Also, just a follow-up note. I also tried to import the database on a site is hosted on AWS. It’s been three minutes and the plugin is still spinning.
