In reply to: New Install – Plugin and Themes won't workOk, I’m on Arvixe, and this is a common problem for Add-On Domains.
According to the “forum” they have, ’cause their support is slow, they say to add a “#” to:
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php52 .php .php5 .php4 .php3
in the htaccess. This worked for me.

to fix, i went into the ftp and renamed the htaccess file htaccess_old and we had success.
