I contacted Siteground and we established that when Minify JavaScript is turned ON the link to Apply Store Credits doesn’t work when checking out. So I’m unable to Minify JavaScript until I can find out which script from the plugin can be excluded.

If I understand correctly when the option Minify JavaScript is turned off the plugin is working correctly.
In this case, it would be better to contact the support of the plugin to check which script can be excluded:

It is better to check with them since they are familiar with the plugin.
