Hi
Thanks for your reply. The conflict appears to be with the Hello Elementor theme. However, changing to a default WordPress theme negatively impacts the layout of large parts of the site. Is there any fix for the conflict with the Hello Elementor theme? Thanks for your help ??
Hi @breakpoint
Thanks! That makes sense, but solving it may well be beyond my WordPress capabilities. Can you point me in the right direction? Alternatively, is there an easy way to remove the text “resend verification email” from the error message (which I can live without, as my users are all existing customers and can write to me if they need their account approving).
Thanks for any help or advice you can give me here!
Hi,
I am on Android (using Chrome), but I have also tested it on a couple of iPhones, and other Android devices.
If I deactivate the security settings which block pop-ups and redirections it works fine. But as it’s fairly common to use these settings it would be great if there is a way to make the form work even if these settings are activated. Thanks for your assistance!
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me. I just discovered that the security settings in the browsers on all the mobiles I tried this on were set to block pop-ups and redirections. ‘
I’m not sure if this is a standard setting – if so, is there some kind of workaround?
Regards
Chris
