I can confirm this issue:
After updating to 4.0 all new subscribers are receiving the “Updated” form message rather than the “successfully subscribed” form message.

No, not using double opt-in, and I can also 100% confirm I am using new email addresses.

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Merge List error after 4.0 UpdateClicking “renew Lists” did not change anything. The field list everywhere within the plugin (“Your MailChimp Account” and “Edit Form”) both show just the “Email” field as the only one associated with the list.
When I revert back to plugin 3.1.6, the Name field returns and the form works.

If you can you export the DB and get a SQL file, it works. That’s all it does.
