In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Feed not populatingI had the same issue with 1.16.1. All episodes posted before the updating remained, but new episodes would not show up in my feed. Oddly, the latest episode still appeared in Google Play but was not visible in the feed via Safari or Firefox, nor did it appear in iTunes or Pocket Casts.
I rolled back to 1.15.2 and everything appears to be working again.
I personally preferred the absence of the tag altogether, though in the case of Falk Wussow’s situation where it sounds like they are focused on music I completely understand the desire for the “Clean” option too.
To compare it to the way iTunes handles music, there are clean versions of albums that also have explicit versions, but there are also albums that are just plain. They don’t have the clean tag, because they are not censored versions of explicit content. I feel my show fits this category far better than the other two.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podtrac redirect not appearing in feedSable,
Thanks for the reply and for the recommendation. I didn’t realize Blubrry offered stats. I’ll give it a try.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podtrac redirect not appearing in feedHey Hugh,
First of all, thanks for SSP. It works like a dream!
Back around late-March or early-April when the enclosure URL rolled out I noticed, like Sable, that my Podtrac measurements went dead.
A little on about how Podtrac works:
You place their prefix , https://www.podtrac.com/pts/redirect.mp3/, before the episode URL, and they track download activity. I know the enclosure directs back to the full “Podtrac prefix + episode URL” link I place in the SSP post, but it seems something is getting lost in there.Would it be possible to add a feature that allows the prefix to be placed BEFORE the enclosure URL?
For instance, a raw link for an episode with the Podtrac prefix looks something like this: https://www.podtrac.com/pts/redirect.mp3/yoururl.com/episodes/EpisodeFileName.mp3
And the enclosure URL looks something like this:
https://yoururl.com/podcast-download/123/title-of-episode.mp3The enclosure URL with the Podtrac prefix would look something like this:
https://www.podtrac.com/pts/redirect.mp3/yoururl.com/podcast-download/456/title-of-episode.mp3Thanks again!
