Sorry for being late.

It does indeed work with PushPress. What happens, though, is that Google Reader does show the content of the RSS Footer after some time (like a dozen of minutes later or so).

Other than that, I am pretty satisfied with this plugin, so congrats to its authors.

I installed it, and got no problem. I had “excessive resources” problem with the P2 theme.

Are you sure the problems comes from this plugin and not a comment plugin?

What I seek when I assess a theme:
– fluidity
– 2 sidebars (2 sidebars on each side, or 2 sidebars at the left)
– a horizontal menu bar that lists the pages and the sub-pages
– maybe another one that lists the categories
– a footer that can publish a page menu or more
– option to change the font and the colors
– option to restrict the fluidity

I have put back the WP FrameWork theme, and my widgets are still here. ??

Here is the solution.

I have de-enabled all the plugins but one.

I have activated the default WP theme.

Thanks to one plugin (WP-DB-Manager), I emptied the wp-options line in the database table. Then, I went in the settings, and set my preferences.

Under the appearance/widgets, the TEXT and CATEGORIES widgets are here. ??

Now, I will re-install one by one all my plugins, and put up my WP FrameWork theme. I will see if all goes OK.

P.S.: I think that WordPress code should have a way so that such a problem does not pop up.

I switched to the Default theme.

No TEXT and CATEGORIES widgets.

I will see all that a bit later.
