Just tried this. I noticed that the problem I had was that the wishlist.js was generating a 404 error. It looks like the override uses the web server path.
For example the desired URL of:
/wp-content/themes/child-theme/woocommerce/wishlist.js?ver=2.0.16
is ACTUALLY being written as:
/home/cyberpunk/webapps/avgjoe/wp-content/themes/child-theme/woocommerce/wishlist.js?ver=2.0.16
A simple fix when using a redirect plugin but looks like a bug with the wishlist plugin overall.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Help with fatal error on WP with plugin WoocomerceI have had this problem too… Interesting enough when trying to import products into a store. What I’ve done to “correct it” is to clear the entire WordPress transient cache in the options table. Clear all transient records relating to WooCommerce.
That’s exactly how I take it! ?? But honestly, there’s slightly conflicting ideals here.

Great. That worked perfectly. Thanks so much for your help and expertise!
Okay here’s what I got from Mail Chimp
Hey Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to us. So to clarify, while we wouldnt be able to provide the specifics of what are going on with your feed and site and what exactly needs to be changed, we did double check some common things on your feed at https://newleafwebsolutions.com/feed/ and can see that when checking it against a ‘GET’ and ‘HEAD’ request the issue appears to be with how the feed is set up.
Im order for a feed to be usable in MailChimp it must validate, as well as pass both GET and HEAD requests from our servers. Looking at the response from the HEAD request its returning “Status: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden”.
This should be returning a response of “Status: HTTP/1.1 200 OK”.
I would pass this information on to your developer as adjusting the access permissions on your feed should be enough to help get things resolved! Please let us know if you need additional support!
Thank you,
TylerOkay thanks. I’ve just submitted a support ticket inquiring about the query string.
I can’t find what query MailChimp sends to the site. However here are some links I’ve collected while researching this…
MailChimp FAQ About why Feed is reported to be invalid – A Bit Vague
Screen Capture of MailChimp Error
I hope some of this helps…
Thanks for the link but this is not relevant to what’s happening. I’m driving now and will send youscreen shots and link when I can.
Inside the MailChimp interface
There is no mailchimp plugin that does this. mailchimp natively has the ability to creatE an RSS driven campaign based on the feed.
The problem is a mailchimp problem. What happens is that when BPS is in secure mode, a proper RSS driven campaign can’t be setup because MailChimp reports the RSS feed as an invalid URL
