I Have the same issue – have gotten no response. “Fixed it” by placing subitems in menu instead of submenu (Like for you to place Cisco and Huawei in same level as “Networking” and “Mobile”. You may have to rename them to “Cisco networking” and “Huawei networking”. Sucks, but fixes things (in a not so cool manor).
