I will take a look into that plugin, thank you!

I wonder if the setup thinks a payment needs to be made in order for it to auto renew? We don’t have payments set up on the site. These were existing members that were migrated from an old site. No payments needed, just the ability to post jobs and have the a limit every month. (screenshot)

Ok so our settings have been wrong this whole time — we inadvertently set it up to have every member be manually renewed, and that’s why the number aren’t resetting BUT I ran a test on the 11th to auto renew a membership level for today and nothing has changed. I have relayed this to plugin support. I’m still waiting to hear back.

P.S. perhaps it re-news after the 12th, so I’ll check it tomorrow. Fingers cross this is the solution.

Correct, you can set a general listing limit for all job post under the settings of the wp job manager plugin but we’re not using that. We have Restrict Content Pro license set up. It’s allowing us to add multiple levels and set different job limits for each member assigned to a level.

The main problem here is, members are set to post so many jobs per month, but if a member reaches their cap, when the 1 months is up, the number never resets.

I ran a test yesterday, where I set up a level for 1 day duration, with expiration set for the following day with auto renew checked and 1 job post limit. I posted a test job, reached my cap — so in theory if I wait the next day, my level will auto renew and my cap will reset for another day. I checked today, it did not reset.

Again, the way we have it set currently, all levels have 1 month duration but the levels are set to never expire with auto renew unchecked. I think this setting might be interfering with the monthly cap reset but I could be wrong. I’m waiting to hear back from support to confirm.

I’ve been scrapping the forums and I can’t seem to find anyone else having this issue which make me think our settings are incorrect or this could be a plugin conflict.
