There are simple real estate sites that have custom post types for properties. A more advanced real estate website will have a “IDX” integration so it pulls a feed of real estate data from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Search for “WordPress real estate themes” for a simple site.

Search for WordPress real estate IDX themes and plugins” for more advanced site.

I just checked your site on mobile, and the “hamburger” menu appears and functions correctly.

When I shrink the width on desktop it just stacks the menu items, but on an actual mobile phone it appears fine.

Perhaps you need to clear your browser cache on your phone?

There’s a plugin called WooBuilder that allows you to use Gutenberg to build and customize WooCommerce product pages. Can that work?

LifterLMS has a Groups add-on that you can use for the family membership requirements you describe. LifterLMS is a learning management system, but it also has all the membership functionality included as well.

Is it possible to add the videos directly by posting the raw YouTube link instead of using some video shortcode?
