Resolved by myself

Hi vaag13,

Could you open wp-config.php and find ‘define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);’

change false to true and save it.

refresh login page and let me know what error message you can see.

1. Post a topic with attachments
2. Edit that topic
3. There is no way to modify the attachments on that topic.
