That solved my problem too:

Using Beaver Builder with Tesseract, my full-size video background loop was being resized on refresh, but snapping back to correct size on changing window size.

I have a solution. I have included the sitemap url in the 1st line of the robots.txt file:
Sitemap: https://www.example.com/sitemap.xml
website.grader can now find it. I used the Virtual Robots.txt plugin to make it easy.

Hi Susan – I have the same problem. Google webmasters search console allows you to submit – no ftp needed. But website.grader.com says it’s not there! Can anyone help us please?

Thanks – I moved from a legacy cPanel server to cloud hosting with the same host. The host then made a copy from site1 to site2. How do I re-configure the setup?

My resolution was to hire a security expert! All fixed now – thanks for the input.

Thanks James – I’ve done all of that and all the scanners tell me it’s free of bad code. I’ve also manually searched all the files I can through the WP interface and as far as I can through CPanel’s File Manager. I found a proxy93.php file in one of the uploads folders but deleting that made no difference.
