Perhaps it works like this without any additional work for the programmer.
Make up a new text widget and add the code manually.

We just need an overview, which code we have to include to get for example only the visitors. How do I do that?

my site was also hacked… eval code thru wp super cache in the wp-config.php. Afterwards I couldn’t delete the plugin, had to do it the hard way with ftp. That’s already the 2nd time this happens. This time I know exactly it was wp super cache… grrrr

btw. do you come from Canada and sell Viagra? Or do you just sell the hacked pages?

I actually found out why… it is the dot in the skype name. I had to escape it.
I’m still looking for a small transparent solution for a black background… to say Skype me. You know… the graphic with the white check-sign on a green bubble with a smiley in front of it.
The status graphic you can see on the apple bar on your computer. I’d really like to have that on my homepage.

The sidebar widget (transparent small icon) is showing the offline icon and the alt-text is showing online. (wp292)
