I have those tags installed in my head section but I still get nothing posted onto my facebook timeline unless I enter a comment (which is supposedly optional when liking). Obviously this is problematic because users of your site will be thinking they shared the page on their walls.

Check the Facebook like button at the bottom of the article. I am using Digg Digg now, and I am experiencing another problem in the floating sidebar Facebook Like.

Extremely frustrating. I have addressed this problem everywhere and I even tried using different social sharing plugins.

I am having the same issue. Twitter Cards working on posts, but not on Homepage and category pages (https://www.telltalesonline.com). I am sure it was working before the latest update.

So the plan is to wait for a fix then apply for Twitter Cards? I assumed as well that having the Twitter cards meant all was good!

I tried it deactivating all plugins and switching to twenty twelve but no luck. Looks like I may have to switch to Digg Digg if it solves the issue. The thing is I tried not long ago and it had the same issue. You got it on your site working stevenpreece?

I am having the same issue with Flare, but I have also tried installing various other plugins and all not working on my website.

I made your fix and switched back to Yoast plugin and all is working well now.

I started using the Facebook Revised Open Graph Meta Tag plugin and it seems to have fixed the display of Flare text in the meta, but I wouldn’t recommend this is a solution.

I am going to try getting Yoast to work again but I think it was causing me issues as well. I am guessing its a conflict of plugins or even the plugins and my theme because Yoast worked perfectly before..

I am having a similar issue. A few days ago I was updating plugins and wordpress and now it seems the facebook like button doesn’t perform the standard pop-up to share articles.

I use the Flares plugin, but it seems whatever social sharing plugin I install I am having the same problem. Could it be the social sharing options built into my theme which I am not using causing a conflict?

I have had the plugin for several months, after the last upade it seemed to cause several java errors in W3C validation.

I uninstalled the plugin and re-installed it… (resetting the CSS settings) now it passes W3 but obviously with no customized styling.
