forgive me as I now have a little more clarity in understanding the aspects of plugin software that this forum discusses.

I now understand that the star rating should reflect the plugin as downloaded on www.remarpro.com. This is the first time I have ever engaged on this site, I will look to see if I can change my rating to 3 or 4 to better reflect my experience with the Free Version of this plugin.

I would still like to reiterate my caution to other users that even though this plugin offered here is great, a fine WordPress port of Flipping Book, the plugin author does not seem to honour the promises for service and support outlined on the plugin’s site.

All that being said, I feel value added features are fine to promote in a plugin, but it is frustrating to deal with developers who promote these services in a plugin available on www.remarpro.com, harvest the community to achieve monetary gain, and exploit it in a sense by taking advantage of the communities’ credibility to facilitate business.

I do agree with you for the most part for the preservation of community standards, so perhaps my review is worded incorrectly.

I believe there is value in offering the WordPress community our experience with this plugin and the options that are available as a part of this plugin for the reason that this plugin is offered within the WordPress community.

Would I be incorrect in assuming this is valid? and if so, why?

My colleague and I also purchased a full version of your plugin and we have not received any link to download the full version or any direction on where to find it.

This is quite a shame as your business is depicted online with good style, class, and credibility, and your plugin works great, but it seems from the information I am finding that your support for the paid version is not very good – contrasting the professionalism depicted by your company.

We have filled out the contact form and sent it, have not received a response yet.

At this point I would caution any user who is looking to purchase the full version of this plugin. You will not receive a link to obtain the full version. It feels very dodgy and we are yet to receive what we paid for.
