Thanks for your reply. I have a child theme functions file to add the code to, but I’m not exactly sure how to add this. Can you please show me all of the code I need to add? When I add the line above with my ID the site goes white.

Found a way to fix it

I turned off float:left for both of my custom fields, that fixed the issue.

*Update* – you can get in the field if you click the text, can this be fixed so you can click on the filed also?

Thank you for your help esmi! It turns out it was the Event Calendar / Scheduler plugin by DHTMLX LTD that was creating the issue. I deactivated the plugin and all is good! Thanks again for your help!

Sorry after updating the core to 4.5 this happens, not after a theme update.

Sorry, my explanation wasn’t great. I installed Foobox Free for the lightbox on my galleries, and still using the default lightbox for other images on the site. The class above just turns off the theme lightbox under the foobox free lightbox.

Figured it out. Using Enfold, added class=”noLightbox” to the div holding my shortcode for the gallery. For other themes you may need to create a different css class to achieve this.

Hello,

My issue was a conflict between the theme page animations and this plugin. In the back end, I turned off the page animations for each page I have a form on and it worked like a charm!

Only site I’ve had this issue, it’s really strange. Anyway, I think this is one of the best form plugins for WordPress and recommend it to all of my fellow developers.

Thank you for your quick response!! Yeah I tried it, not working. I’ve had multiple people test it, and only a couple are having the issue I am. We are mainly seeing this in Firefox, but I did have it happen in IE once. Just thought I would ask and see if you have ever run into this issue before.
