Never mind… I’m dumb. I kept on creating a certificate when I should have been creating a signature.

Are there better instructions on getting the correct credentials? I’ve worked with paypal before and it still isn’t working for me.

I have the same problem. I have to load a whole backup.

Well dang it. It ended up being my JetPack plugin.

I tried that and it just caused the site to go down.

I tried clearing out the nextgen-gallery/admin/functions.php and it didn’t work for me.
