I did reach out to them again and I have not heard back regarding a link to this information. I only have the email he sent me. Also, the rates are strictly for PayPal transactions, not Braintree.

This never received a response so I am following up about it again.

I also have another concern. I was contacted by PayPal and instructed to enable the advanced card processing feature. To the best of my knowledge, this is only available in the PayPal for Woocommerce plugin, not yours.

They sent me this:

·??This update ensures you meet all PCI?requirements going forward.

·??This update gives your customers additional payment options for your business.

·??Your current credit/ debit card transaction fee is?3.49% +49c. This would drop to 2.59% +49c?or?2.99% +49c?with chargeback protection.

Both of these things should be included in your plugin.

I have tried this on 2 separate browsers with all plugins deactivated except for woocommerce and your plugin. I still get the same problem. I also deleted site settings except wordpress cookies and this momentarily worked until it was reloaded the 2nd time. I also reached out to my hosting provider and they could not find any server side issues and also believe it was plugin related.

I could not reproduce the error. I assume it was a conflict with another plugin and has been fixed.

Thank you for your response. That’s good at least one of these will be added to the plugin. I added the snippet for global tabs but I do not know what to do with the other filters you suggested. I’m not a coder so I do not know how to create new snippets for these. Hopefully these features will all be added to the plugin at a later date.

Another issue I am having is locating the metadata in the product export spreadsheet. After creating a global tab and several at the product level I am not seeing this populate to the products database.

I have found another plugin conflict and resolved it.

Here’s a screenshot of the GMC shipping weight settings. https://tinyurl.com/2cpoghmk As you can see “lb” is the only option for pounds. It will not accept the plural version “lbs” and shows up as a red error notice if submitted as “lbs”.

Yes, I believe this should be an option from the plugin instead of creating a rule in GMC to overcome it. I did end up creating a rule as suggested. Set [identifier exists] to “No” WHERE [GTIN] has no value

I fixed this outside of the GLA plugin because the plugin is sending “lbs” to GMC when it should send “lb”. It would need to drop the “S” before sending it to GMC. This is happening because Woo uses “lbs”. https://tinyurl.com/24y6hh5m

To resolve it I had to create a rule in GMC to remove lbs from shipping weight and append lb. It now works but this should be done by default in the plugin.

This plugin having features built in to tackle scenarios like this would be a better option. The mapping of custom meta needs to happen. Instead, you must perform these actions with rules in GMC.

My settings only show the plural version, lbs. How do I get this changed to lb?

FYI- I did completely remove all items from GMC and did a fresh sync and that did not resolve the issue. As I previously said, everything works as it should but the product feed in GLA does not show products as being active and syncing although they are.

Before using GLA I had all my products in GMC and item IDs all matched the woo product IDs so all that needed to be done was remove the gla prefix. I never removed the products from GMC. I just performed a sync which worked in GMC but displays like this in GLA.

All of my GMC item IDs are the same as the woocommerce IDs so the only difference was the “gla-” prefix this plugin adds. I used the following to remove the prefix. I’m not sure why this was added in the first place…
