  • OK. Why not doing correct the review right now?

The wrong citation made me really angry but I looked at RM performance again.

The plugin and its functions are working now at most.

I can recommend Rankmath at all looking at it’s features. It really matured over the last weeks.

So – go for it – buy it.

And: I hope Bhanu kicked the support in… well you know and it’ll be better in future.

    1. I never said it was astra theme’s fault
    2. Rankmath claimed it was astra theme’s fault
    3. I never agreed to Rankmaths point of view.

Stop citing me in an incorrect way!

    You make it even worse!

I reached out to Bhanu directly about this. He knows that I never wrote this – ask him.

PS: I just started getting more confidence in Rankmath and thought about updating my review regarding the better performance and Rankmath being less buggy now, bc. some things work better now.
And to be fair: even when the guy that cited me wrong did a horrible job – I’m going to update my Rankmath-review according to the actual performance soon to the better…

But for now… what the heck are you doing?

Whoopsie,… I start to get the same impression… I got an issue with an AMP-feature they promised it would work under PRO.

Astra support tells me I should go to AMP forum and ask there for a solution for an issue I’ve got with Astra Theme, yeah…

    I start to get annoyed…

I’m now pro-customer for just 2 days and got the second issue regarding a feature Astra promised to work… the first one AMP and the second the damned astra.woff

I get the impression they tend to take your “pro bucks” (you can pay your bills “professionally” with it) but don’t deliver any pro-worth theme and support…

Interesting what you say… Since I’m using PRO I experience the same as pointed out at 4 and 5 at the moment… also bought PRO for some highly praised features… but, they just don’t work.

There are even features that worked in free version like a breeze that stop to work in PRO.

And the answers of the support: like yours: generic, copied from manual, proving they didn’t even read what customers write.

Conclusion: sometimes I think I could’ve stayed where I was using the free version.

And this brings us to the support(?): oh my… at the moment I give them the last chance to solve another issue with a PRO-Feature that isn’t working.

If they fail again, I write a review according to yours…

Last time it took me writing three times back and forth until the support just READ, what I had been writing before and then they told me “It’s not RMs fault, it’s Astra’s”…
Really funny: they advertise to support “Astra”-theme and then they say… “Hey, it’s Astra’s fault! Ask them!” :-p

    Unbelievable!

If they don’t change that, RM will be history one day and yoast will get on top again…

Ok, thx. I’ll forward this to my collegue doing the coding-thing to give it a try…

    Manually… ??

In the meantime I try to use a workaround: inserting an “empty” Background Image, so the “inherited” one is “overwritten”…

Err, no Sir,… ?? I think adding the string to the url solves it… please compare:

    /kontakt/
    and
    /kontakt/?ao_noptimize=1

Unfortunately I couldn’t manage to paste a screenshot here in this thread, just bc I don’t know how to do that… *shame-on-me*

In the first link you should see a marvelous couple behind the text and in the second one only the text…

I’m of the same opinion like you… But Elegantthemes did some tests on my site and they said so.

    What did I do?

I inserted a certain background image to the very first element of my website at the startpage [ redundant link removed ]

After that I build the pages:
    /referenzen/ , /kontakt/ and /faq/

Then the image I had inserted in the named textbox suddenly appeared at the pages /referenzen, kontakt/ and faq/.

When I started to investigate the problem I changed the background image at the startpage to the one you can see there now.

But the one I first put in stayed at the pages with the error!!!
And no, I didn’t use a “duplicate page”-plugin to build the other pages.

Now it is the case, that I sometimes have this “inheriting-effect” and sometimes not.

    Today I built this: /project/fotoshooting-am-strand-familie-kopie/

To test the whole thing I inserted a textbox only containing a single dot “.”.

    And it happens again…
