Hi Kim,
I see you’ve submitted a feature request already, and you want the events to be clickable and redirect you to the event details page.
There are some Kadence starter templates that use The Events Calendar plugin (free). Check them out at the below link, click the Events tab to filter the template, and check those templates to have an idea how the plugin works:
https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/starter-templates/The development team is focused on Kadence Blocks 3.0 currently, but it’s in the plan to add new blocks in the next couple of months. Hopefully, your feature request gets picked up by the development team.
Let us know how we can assist further.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Kadence] Kadence Post Layout ‘Templates?’Hi Jeffrey,
You can create custom template for single posts using Kadence element template (hooked element). Choose the “Replace Single Post Content” Placement, then select a taxonomy that categorizes your posts in the Display Settings. Here’s a sample setting: https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9uLq8A4
Note that the template only applies to the frontend and it won’t reflect on the single post editor.
If you want to apply it to post editor as well, you can create WordPress reusable blocks and use it as the template.
I hope this helps, and let us know how we can assist further.

In reply to: [Kadence] Product image galleryHi there,
Sorry, but we can’t provide any code at this time because the slide transition and speed are features from the Kadence Shop Kit.
Let us know if there’s anything else you need help with.

ChitoHi there,
Thanks for the additional info.
It doesn’t work in Gutenberg Social Icons block either. Here’s a recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu6ENxR
You could try using the Kadence Icon block. Here’s a video showing it worked: https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuOebJE
You can add it within the header using Kadence Hooked Element and paste the element’s shortcode in the header HTML widget, you may refer to the first video above.
You can upload custom icons to your site using the Kadence Blocks Pro plugin. Here’s a guide: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-blocks/documentation/pro-addon/custom-icons/
Let us know if this workaround works for you.

In reply to: [Kadence] Sticky SidebarHi there,
Thank you for the link. I can see the CSS reflects in the last widget. Here’s a video: https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zu2AzW8
I tried replicating it, and it’s working as expected on my test site. Here’s a video: https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuOebgO
Can you clear the cache stored by Breeze plugin? If the issue persists, try adding a different widget as the last widget and see if the sticky function would work. If it does, there’s probably a problem with the ads or the iframe.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [Kadence] Left sidebar on top in mobile (woocommerce)Hi there,
I apologize for the confusion, but the link to the guide is already included in my response above. You can add the custom CSS in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Here’s the guide I’m referring to: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/general/how-do-i-add-custom-css/
I hope this helps, and let me know if you need further assistance.

In reply to: [Kadence] missing alt tagHi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
Based on your screenshot, the report is referring to the image added in the footer area using Gutenberg Image block via a block widget.
However, upon inspecting the image, I saw that it actually has an alt text. Here’s a screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gu4ywPm
The possible reason I can think of is that Bing could be seeing a cached version of your site in which the image doesn’t have an alt text yet.
Can you clear the website cache via Autoptimize and recheck it?
Note that this is an issue with the theme or the image block. It could be a caching issue or a false report from Bing.
I hope this helps and let us know how we can help further.

In reply to: [Kadence] Left sidebar on top in mobile (woocommerce)Hi there,
Thanks for writing.
You will need to use a little custom CSS to achieve this. Here’s the code:
WooCommerce archive pages:
@media(max-width:767px){ .woocommerce.archive .site-container { display: flex; flex-direction: column-reverse; } .woocommerce.archive .primary-sidebar{ width:100%; } }
WooCommerce single product pages:
@media(max-width:767px){ .single-product .site-container { display: flex; flex-direction: column-reverse; } .single-product .primary-sidebar{ width:100%; } }
I tested it on my test site and it worked. Here’s a screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuOl2Qo
Let me know if this works for you.

In reply to: [Kadence] Error installing templatesHi there,
Thanks for writing.
Are you referring to the Kadence Starter Templates plugin? If so, it is down on WordPress repository at the moment and can’t be downloaded from WP admin > Plugins. Our team is working to get the plugin back up and available on the repository as soon as possible.
Please use this Kadence Starter Template zip file instead: https://www.kadencewp.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/kadence-starter-templates.zip
If you are referring to something else, please let me know and I’d be glad to assist further.
Kind regards,
ChitoHi there,
I checked your main site, but there’s no divider applied on the first Row Layout like the one in the development site. Here’s a screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuDL1dx
There’s also a code in the main site that’s already overriding the divider color. Watch this: https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuDL1N2
Which area were you trying to change the divider color?
Kind regards,
ChitoHi there,
Are you referring to the visibility option in Page/Post Editor > Preferences > Blocks? Here’s a screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gueBxPW
You can hide any blocks there across the site.
If you are referring to the visibility of the blocks on the front end, you can use the Section block in the meantime. You can hide blocks within a Section block via Visibility Settings. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Y9A0u0U9nhYM

In reply to: [Kadence] Problem changing header text in mobile view?Hi Mike,
You can place your existing Advanced Text block within a Section block and then duplicate it to have two versions of that heading.
1. Hide the first Section (desktop version) on tablet and mobile via Section > Visibility Settings.
2. Hide the second Section (mobile version) on desktop.
3. Change the font colors of the headings on desktop and mobile versions to your liking. Here’s a screen recording:
