Are you able to be a little more specific please?

Can you explain what you changed exactly? How did you target the specific field and how did you change it to a select field instead of a text field? Can you share your code?

I have not set any address field filters. I have Visitor’s current location checked. It used to default to alphabetical order if a user’s location is not found.

It only seems to do it when searching by name.

For example: type 85027 in the address bar and a list will populate. Type “David” in the name field and every post duplicates.

Just tacking on to this, when you hit the search button without filling out any of the fields it does the same thing as above. It displays every post twice.

Thank you for the reply. I have made that change and I am seeing my custom theme but it seems some of the CSS didn’t carry over.

Also, for some reason the plugin is not displaying results or the map on page load regardless if i have “Enable Page Load Features” checked.

Disregard. I fixed it. The theme does quirky stuff within the header.php file regarding the navigation.

Create a subdomain called test.yourdomain.com. Install your wordpress site on the subdomain. Once you are finished with development you can move it to your real domain and take down the old site.

Did you ask about having a dedicated IP address for your site?

If your NOT writing code, than you do everything in the visual tab. So that means if you try to use the link button with in the Text tab, it won’t work.

Sometimes using a shared hosting space can do this. This is the default for most hosting companies. The site didn’t take that long to load for me.

We don’t run discussion forums but we do run a very active blog. If you have a small team, just use Disqus as your comment/discussion handler

If you have a somewhat knowledge of php and MySQL databases, and good with HTML and CSS you can pretty much do anything with wordpress. I don’t have the time to explain how to do all of the things your doing but from a programmers prospective, there’s nothing within wordpress that would hold you back from achieving what you want to do.

You should take a look at JQuery, AJAX, and XML to create dynamic table content.

I’ve always read(and from personal experience) that W3 Total Cache is better and more friendly to other plugins than WP Super Cache. I run a multisite with 5 sections and use W3 Total Cache with no issues.
