I have some what found a temporary solution to this problem , it occurred on my website of flowers

So what I basically did was first I renamed the ID’s for example
Cl_302 = Providencia
—
Solution
Cl_302Providencia= Providencia
—
After making this change for all your comunas you will again have to go back to settings — envios — shipping zones and add comunas manukau wit shipping prices

So in the comuna it’s shows Cl_302Providencia
—-
The edition has to be made in the php file in your hosting and you can easily find it by using the search bar in the hosting and typing “comuna”
