Is there a way to make the link in the programming code? I just want all quotes to go to the same page. In which php file would I be able to do this?

I did a ‘a’ tag around the PHP call on the page, but it goes away as soon as someone clicks on next quote.

Go under Appearance -> Menus and create a custom menu. Then use that.
