I’ve just checked and no, neither of those boxes are ticked….
Have checked anyway and all the orders are complete. Please help!
Thank you …They have all been doing the course over the last few months and it was only after the recent Learnoress update that the issue started and they could no longer access it. So their orders are Defintely complete.
Just to add that is shows an error instead of the lesson content for me, when I am logged in.
