I have the same problem. I have tried to look as incognito but than I still do not see the changed boxes like bankaccountno.
How can I as a builder see the form in its original form (meaning like somebody who wants to become an affiliate.

What I mean is that I would like to change the footer colour (background) into the same colour as my logo (grey/blue). Does that make sense now?
I will try what you wrote Deb.
Can I copy it and change the colour and put it into the css style sheet of my child theme?
