I appreciate your answer. Am I to understand then that it is not being updated for security vulnerability patches? I paid $49 in April of 2019 for the Pro version, and honestly, I expected it would be kept supported and kept secure and updated. Can I ask why it is not being actively updated?

Again, I’d really like to keep using Graphy Pro, but if it’s not being actively supported, I’m not sure I can continue. Maybe you can help me understand.

Same problem here.

We’ve used a temporary fix but looking for the correct and permanent solution within the theme. Would rather not use {display: none;} due to SEO concerns.

I think we figured it out. We have a customized php file for our child theme: sidebar-content-page.php.

This last update, we believe, overrode that. Had to add a line in our php file as follows:

<?php responsive_breadcrumb_lists(): ?>

That seems to have corrected this latest problem.

I have upgraded to PHP 7.1 and was able to activate MailPoet 3.

Just got the MailPoet 3 update and was hopeful that it would resolve the PHP compatibility error, but nope, same exact error there and won’t let me activate MailPoet 3.

I’m disappointed not to have heard a response back from you after 6 days. I see you have responded to some other questions that were posted after mine.

Yep, same here. Two little gray strips on both ends of the header menu on https://www.sleepsatisfaction.com. Happened with the latest theme update. Seems like every other update lately has caused some kind of problem. What’s the fix please?

Looks like the update fixed the problem. A little disappointed it took several days to correct though.

Same problem here on https://www.sleepsatisfaction.com. Haven’t tried any fixes on this end. Waiting for fix from Cyberchimps and hoping it will be soon.

Thanks for the response, MailPoet. Here’s my problem.

In MailPoet 2, I have an autoresponder series of emails scheduled for number of days after a person subscribes. It’s a 6 week course. It’s scheduled like this:

Immediately
2 days after
9 days after
13 days after
16 days after
and so on…

It looks like there’s no way to do that in version 3, unless it’s in the Premium version. Is that correct?

I see your statement that Version 2 will remain viable, but without any updates or support. Does that mean you won’t be updating it for security and won’t answer any forum questions?

Are you considering adding this kind of scheduling capability to Version 3?

I’d hate to leave MailPoet, but this would be a deal-breaker for me.
