In reply to: built-in calendar hackWe’re obviously talking about 2 different calendars. There is no documentation for the calendar I’m talking about. It is not a plugin. This is the calendar that comes built into many WP themes. And, I went to the website with the documentation and saw where it talked about the event_calendar file which does not exist for the calendar I’m talking about. There are no calendar settings available!
And, don’t tell me when to mark this as resolved. I’ll mark it resolved when someone can answer my question, which obviously is not you.

Unfortunately, I’m new at this. Where do I find the tag {events_calendar}?
I appreciate your help.

In reply to: Themes have disappearedHi Darren,
Yes. There are 3 themes in the Themes folder (classic, default and beautiful sunrise) Each theme contains a style.css file. However, none of the themes are available through the Presentation section of the Admin area. Instead of the box previews there is just blank boxes.

In reply to: Themes have disappearedHey LenK,
I opened the directory in Filezilla and looked at the Cleaning sub-directory and there is a style.css in the themes folder.
I have 4 sites hosted on this one account. The main and all the sub-directories appear to have the style.css in the various theme folders.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Themes have disappearedLenK,
Thanks. So what do I do. Change the path or move the style sheet?

In reply to: Themes have disappearedHi Haochi,
Thank you for the reply. However, the style.css is present in all the theme folders. I re-uploaded my custom theme thinking it was corrupted during the upgrade. That didn’t solve the problem.
Again, thanks for the idea.

In reply to: Take a look at thisHello,
Here is the URL. Can you look at all the code that way?https://yourhomecleaningtips.com/cleaning/contest-entry-page/
I tried to construct a new page template and I made it worse so I switched it back to the default page template.
I am willing to pay a developer, if necessary to get this right.
Best regards,

In reply to: Take a look at thisHi,
Has everybody given-up on my problem?I could really use some help. I need to
post this page within 24 hours – Please.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Take a look at thisHi,
Here is the error message when the page tries to load:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/content/m/a/j/majorhal2/html/cleaning/wp-content/themes/beautiful-sunrise-adsense-seo-03/page_with_comments.php on line 50
I did copy the page.php template from the the current theme.
This is an adsense and SEO optimized theme I purchased from one of the template uploaders here at WordPress.
I haven’t had any trouble with it until I tried to get a comments block inserted into a page.
I took the page.php theme and added the five lines at the top and then the php.comments_template lines.
I really appreciate your help and patience.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Take a look at thisHello Moderator,
Thanks for the heads up on the code pasting thing and the code correction.
Unfortunately, it did- not
work. Is there a better way to get a comment block onto a page? Maybe a plugin or a widget.
Thanks,
Chiliboy
P.S. Sorry, i left out the word ‘not’ in my reply.
