Thank you. I know how to modify the code in plugin, but its bad solution exactly for reasons you wrote, but better than add administrator user role for people, who will edit only content. I have to go with it.
Would be nice, if i could set the user level in child theme function file ??

sure, it was 4.7.3, BUT – I solved my problem and it was not related to wp. The problem was wrong upload setting, one very basic error, that I didn’t look there at first, because i would never set it that way purposely. I didn’t noticed that ftp client was changing all letters to lowercase, and it’s so elementary error, that I feel very dumb now.
the older package was already copied on the server, so it was okey.

Hi, I ran into the same problem – i was about to launch new install and decided to use the most recent and the instalation failed. and I didn’t edit the config file, just after that and with this debug result:

[07-Mar-2017 18:22:26 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Requests_Hooks’ not found in /hosting/www_delta/wp-includes/class-wp-http-requests-hooks.php on line 17

    older instalation pack run smoothly.

I’m curious too, because I’m in middle of decision if use this or not.

The same here. After bontact plugin activation the “screen options” and “help” toggles stops working. When bontact plugin is deactivated both toggles are okay again.
You can find the “Screen options” and “help” menu on the every page of WP admin, right up corner.
Direct login on bontact dashboard will not help, because it’s wordpress admin what the plugin breaks, for example when I’m writing post I can’t access screen options and allow or disable metaboxes.
Tried on wp 5.x and wp 6.1 with the same result.
