Yes, this is a backup from your plugin. I received the error message trying to import using Safari. I tried again using Chrome. Right now it’s stuck on 7% going through the Dashboard.

I paid for the upgrade but can’t restore my back up. I get the following error.

When I click ‘here’ it leads to a blank page. I need to restore my site and it’s a big file. I prefer to do it from my cpanel/FTP. Please walk me through how to do this.

Ok, I was finally able to find someone to help me get to my Dashboard. How do I restore my last back up? My backup file is almost 14GB so I don’t think I can import it through the dashboard. Thank you!

Can anybody explain to me how to remove the featured image from PAGES (not posts). I don’t know why but my site is displaying a giant picture. Please see https://fanatchicks.com/about-us/ or https://fanatchicks.com/media-buzz/. It’s pulling the first pic and making it a Featured Image. I still want to keep featured image on my posts but
remove them from Pages. Any ideas?
