In reply to: [YouTube WordPress Plugin by Embed Plus] Can’t Save SettingsThanks for the suggestion. I tried it out in Firefox, where I have no extensions installed. Unfortunately, it’s the same problem.
I have actually had issues like this with other plugins (not on this particular project), and many times it was due to a jQuery issue. A theme or plugin jQuery file was conflicting with another jQuery file, and then certain interface elements stopped responding (buttons, menu items, etc.). Does the save button use some jQuery requests? Just a thought.

In reply to: [YouTube WordPress Plugin by Embed Plus] Can’t Save SettingsHi,
Thanks for the response.
I’m attaching my admin error log. I don’t see anything related to Embedsplus. I tried saving the plugin settings right before I downloaded the attached log file.

I also tried disabling all my browser extensions and clearing my cache, and then restarting my browser. So far no difference. I click the Save button at the bottom of the Embeds setting page, and it does highlight when I rollover the button, but it does not save and reload the page.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for your help!
Cheers,
RandyThanks for the prompt response. I tried doing a custom backup, selecting just the files. Unfortunately, the backup failed again.
During backups, my hosting server completely maxes out. Memory and CPU usage are at 100%. It overwhelms the server so bad my site goes offline until the backup script finally times out.
Please see the screenshot my my cPanel stats during a backup. https://trainingyourbestfriend.com/downloads/cPanel-screenshot.png
Is it something specific to GoDaddy’s server setup? I have hundreds of sites on HostGator, and I never have this issue. Thanks for your help.
My problem turned out to be browser based. After upgrading my BackupGuard plugin, the spinner animation was always turning when I went to any BackupGuard screen. And no interface buttons were responsive.
I had to clear my cache and restart the browser. Once I did that, and returned to my site, BackupGuard worked normally. It’s like it’s leaving some old cookie behind after the plugin updates, that seem to cause the issue. Hope that helps!
Thanks Andrew. The helper plugin fixed the situation, and Site Origin builder is now loading again.
Like Stephen, I’m getting an error now too.

In reply to: [Flip Cards Module For Divi] Body Text Showing Raw HTMLThanks for the speedy response! As long as it works on the front-end I’m good. Thanks for the great plugin!
And solved. Turns out you can not edit those fields in the back-end. But as an admin or the profile owner, they can be updated on the front-end by clicking the gear icon on the upper right of the users profile page.
I’d like to give myself a big hand for all the support. I rock!
I made some progress. I didn’t see the Meta box on the side of the form editor where I can add custom fields as Meta information to be displayed. And apparently, there has to be information in the field for it to be displayed. I have the fields displaying as Meta information.
But I do still have one issue. I have created some additional fields that are for internal use. Things like what committee a member is assigned to, or if they are an officer in the group. These are not filled out by the person registering, an admin needs to enter this information after someone has been approved.
How can I access those fields to add information later?
Thank you!
Similar issue since upgrading to WooCommerce 3. (And I’ve upgraded Donations to 1.0.9) My donations always show the default amount once they are in the cart. So if my default donation amount is set at $25, even if the user changes the amount to say, $50, once they click the “Donate” button, their cart total only shows $25. Not $50.
Unfortunate. I have a hospice client that has lost several transactions because of this. Help!!
